  • A sourcing fee of 10% of the product price will be charged for the items listed in the application.
  • For example, if the product price is $150, the sourcing fee will be $15.
  • We are a company with a parent company based in Korea, and for the convenience of our U.S. customers, all payments are processed through WISE & PayPal integration.(For your convenience, invoices are issued via WISE or PayPal and delivered by email.
  • The exchange rate will be based on the receiving rate at the time the funds are received.(e.g. Sending Rate: 1,000,000 ÷ 1440 = $694.44, Receiving Rate: 1,000,000 ÷ 1414 = $707.21)
  • For corporate customers who require customs bypass unrelated to sourcing, you can make a payment via our Korean company account using BANK WIRE.
  • Fill in the information according to each form on the application.

  • For the product link, enter the web address as seen on shopping malls or platforms in Hong Kong, China, or Korea.
  • If the product has size, color, or other options, enter the title in the option selection field and input the requested options.
  • Enter the product price, including all options displayed on the platform, in the respective local currency. The administrator will convert it to USD and provide an estimate.
  • Please check the shipping options: Free Shipping, Paid Shipping, or Direct Pickup for the shopping mall or platform.
  • Make sure to input your passport number for customs clearance in Korea (foreigners can clear customs in Korea with a passport number under general customs procedures).
  • Please input the shipping address, contact details, and name for U.S. domestic delivery.
  • Ensure you provide an email address to receive updates on the progress.
  • Under the Korea-China FTA, customs duties are exempt up to $150.
  • Customs Clearance with Passport Number: All direct purchases for U.S. customers will go through Korea’s customs clearance using the passport number. When clearing customs with a passport number, you will receive the $150 duty-free exemption.
    – This will be processed under general customs (not list customs), and a customs broker fee of $5 will be charged.
    – This fee is included in the billing and there are no additional charges.
  • For purchases between $150 and $800, customs duties and taxes will apply. Please check the HTSCODE based customs duty calculator below (the calculator is in Korean, please use Google Translate).
  • As mentioned above, customs clearance from Hong Kong/China to Korea is duty-free up to $150. For amounts exceeding $150, import VAT of 10% and customs duties of 8-22% will be added.
    – Therefore, if you split your purchases into multiple shipments under $150, you can avoid all customs duties and taxes.
  • Drugs and Pharmaceuticals: Most drugs are prohibited for direct purchase to the U.S. over-the-counter pharmaceuticals may also be included.
  • Weapons and Ammunition: Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and similar items are prohibited for export to the U.S.
  • Counterfeit and Fake Brand Products: Counterfeit brand products are considered a violation of intellectual property rights, and importing them is illegal.
  • Pesticides and Toxic Substances: Certain pesticides, chemicals, other substances may be restricted or prohibited for export to the U.S.
  • Pirated Media: Pirated music, movies, software, etc., may cause issues during customs clearance.
  • Food and Beverages: Alcohol, tobacco, and certain foods may be restricted for import into the U.S.
  • Lithium Batteries: Airlines often prohibit electronic devices with lithium batteries or lithium batteries themselves due to fire risk.
  • Flammable Materials: Flammable liquids and chemicals may be prohibited by airlines for transport.
  • Natural Disaster-Related Items: Animal and plant products can be difficult to clear through customs and may be prohibited if they are classified as items that could carry pests or diseases.
  • Compressed Gases: Products containing compressed gases, such as sprays or gas canisters, may not be allowed for air transport.
  • Small Electronics and Devices with Batteries: If the device contains a battery, an MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) and UN38.3 certification issued within the last year must be pre-approved by the airline before shipping.
